From 01. 08. 2010. The driving after alcohol consumption is totally forbidden in Italy for truck drivers for local or international truck transport with categories C, D or E, and for drivers with age under 21. In case of violation of the low the drivers of truck for international transport can receive the following punishments: 3 months of jail, around 1250 EUR fines, withdrawal of the driving license for 15 days to 3 months.

The new M31 highway in Hungary is open from 26. 07. 2010. The highway is part from the European road E71 and connects the M0 and M3 highways. The new 12 kilometers long highway is free for all kind of vehicles including trucks for international truck transport between Bulgaria and Europe. The new highway shortens the transit traffic for truck transport in Hungary with 15 kilometers.
